The hotel's location was excellent, right in front of the Gare de Lille Europe, making it convenient for both train travel and exploring the city by foot. The dining experience was average with limited options, and the staff were friendly, although demanding an extra deposit for the mini-bar was a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The service was mostly helpful and polite, but at times, it felt slightly on the arrogant side, especially when I was told cash wasn't accepted due to local regulations. The location couldn't have been better, being central to both the old and new parts of Lille and just steps away from the main train station. While the dining options were better than expected, the ambience was a bit cold. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel offered a convenient and comfortable stay.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were warm, spacious, and had a great view of the city center with comfortable beds. However, there were a bit too many furnishings in the room. The service was exceptional with Leila going above and beyond to assist us with arranging transport for a special occasion. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Central Train Station and ideal for exploring Lille. The dining experience left something to be desired, and we ended up skipping it the second day, despite already paying for it.
